Does CalNForm replace a booking app like Calendly?

For most businesses, yes. Clients book in the website’s own form, the booking lands in the business calendar, and there is no separate booking service to pay for or send visitors to.

What is the difference between Lite and Pro?

Lite is free and complete for one booking setup, with every calendar and meeting tool. Pro adds unlimited setups, paid bookings, reminders, the bookings dashboard, reports, advanced rules and priority support.

How do paid bookings work?

Add the payment field your form plugin offers (Stripe, PayPal, Square and more) and turn on paid bookings in CalNForm Pro. The slot is held while the client pays. The meeting is booked only when the payment succeeds.

What happens when the Pro licence expires?

Your licence renews automatically each year. If you cancel it, bookings keep working. Renewing later restores updates and priority support.

Who has access to the calendar and payment credentials?

Only the business. Calendar credentials stay on its website. Payments go through its own Stripe or PayPal account. We never receive either.

Where are the licence key and downloads?

In the purchase receipt and in your account, with renewals and site activations.
