Terms of Sale
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms apply when you use calnform.com or buy CalNForm. The seller is Beep Group inc., Québec, Canada. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms, the Licence Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
What you buy
CalNForm Pro is sold as a yearly licence. Your plan sets how many websites you can activate:
- Personal: 1 site
- Business: 5 sites
- Agency: unlimited sites
A licence includes plugin updates and email support for one year. CalNForm Lite is free and needs no licence.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your licence key is available right after payment, in your confirmation email and in your account.
Automatic renewal
Licences renew automatically each year on the purchase anniversary, at the price of your plan at that time. We charge the card on file. If the price changes, we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before your renewal. You can cancel automatic renewal anytime in your account. Your licence then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Upgrades
You can move to a larger plan anytime from your account. You only pay the difference for the time left in your current year.
Support
Support is provided by email and through the support form, in English and French, on business days (Eastern time). We aim to reply within one business day.
Your account
Keep your login and licence keys private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Warranty
We build and test CalNForm carefully, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will work with every theme, plugin, form, calendar or hosting setup, or that it will be error free. Third-party services like Google, Microsoft, Zoho and Zoom can change their products at any time, and we’ll do our best to keep up. Always keep backups of your site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost bookings or lost data.
Consumers
If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act or other consumer laws that apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of the district of Montréal, unless consumer law gives you a different choice.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy or renew applies to that purchase or renewal.
