If CalNForm Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. You get your money back in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

The same applies to automatic renewals. If you forgot to cancel, ask within 14 days of the renewal charge and we’ll refund it.

Upgrades

An upgrade can be refunded within 14 days of the upgrade. Your licence then goes back to your previous plan.

How to ask

Use the support form or email support@beepgroup.ca with your order email. Choose “Billing” as the topic. We process refunds within 3 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.

What happens to your licence

A refunded licence is deactivated. Updates and support stop.

After 14 days

We don’t refund partial years. You can cancel automatic renewal anytime, and your licence stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
